Do you accept refunds? 

The alice McCALL E-Boutique will gladly refund, exchange or credit full price items that are returned following the RMA process, within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are processed using the original payment method, and do not include refund of postage costs. 


Do you offer a refund on sale or discounted items?

Sale and discounted items are valid for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale and discounted items.
Please note, items discounted at 60% or more of the original RRP are final sale and cannot be returned.
 

How can I request a refund?

In order to be eligible for a refund, customers must follow the instructions on our Returns tab.

 

Can I use my online credit note in store?

Customers that have been issued with an E-Boutique credit note are welcome to use their credit in store.  

 

When does my credit note expire?

Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date that they have been issued to the customer. 


Can I use a store issued credit note online?

Credit notes issued in alice McCALL Boutiques may be used online, though customers must contact [email protected] to do so. 

 

How can I use my credit note online?

The credit note does not require a code, this would have been added to your online account during your return. To use this, ensure that you are logged onto the correct account, add the items you would like to your bag and continue through the checkout. Go past the page that says 'Pay Securely Now' and on the next page you will find a box that needs to be ticked. This box will say 'Use Store Credit', once this is ticked, it will take the correct amount off the final amount that is owed. 

 

 

 

Afterpay

What is AfterPay?

Shopping has never been better with AfterPay! You can now receive your order straight away and pay for it in 4 equal instalments with no interest or delays.

 

How do I become an AfterPay customer?

To become an AfterPay customer you need to be over 18 years of age with a debit or credit card and an Australian residential address. Unfortunately, at the moment AfterPay is not offered to international customers.

 

How do I use AfterPay?

Add items to your shopping bag and proceed to the checkout as normal. Select AfterPay as your payment method, then login or register with AfterPay to finish the transaction.

 

Can I buy pre-order items with AfterPay?

Yes! AfterPay can be used to purchase any item on the website. 

 

Who can I contact if I have any questions regarding my AfterPay account?

Is there a limit to how much I can spend?

Yes, the total order value cannot exceed $1,200.

 

Will my order be shipped straight away?

Yes, your order will be shipped as per our normal delivery terms and conditions.

 

How do I return an AfterPay item?

Our normal terms and conditions apply to all AfterPay orders. Please see our returns page here to review our policy. 

 

What international size measurement are garments manufactured according to?

alice McCALL is an Australian based label and uses Australian/UK sizing. If you are unsure of your size, please refer to our size guide here.


Is merchandise true to size?

We follow set guidelines when designing merchandise, and in turn merchandise is true to size. Please note some garments are designed to be worn close to the body, and others as a relaxed fit. This information is noted in the product style notes. If you are unsure of your size, please refer to our size guide or contact our E-Boutique via email at [email protected] for assistance. 


Are you able to provide exact measurements of merchandise?

Unfortunately due to copyright restrictions, alice McCALL is unable to provide our design information for merchandise. This includes our garment specifications and imagery. 

 

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to make alterations to merchandise and delivery details. 


How can I track my order?

Domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post, International Standard orders are shipped with DHL Global Mail and International Express orders are shipped with Australia Post. Please track your parcel through the appropriate website or through your home country postal system. alice McCALL cannot be held liable for any delay to delivery due to issues with tracking. All customers will receive the relevant tracking information at the time of dispatch. Please be sure to check your junk mail in the case delivery updates are restricted by your mail server. Do you ship internationally?

Orders placed through our E-Boutique can be shipped globally via either Standard International Post or Express Courier using Australia Post. 


Does alice McCALL cover customs taxes for international orders?

No. Any international customs taxes are paid by the customer. For an indication of customs charges, please visit http://www.dutycalculator.com/


In what currency is your merchandise priced?

The default currency is Australian, however pricing is available for a range of currencies via the drop down menu on our E-Boutique. Visitors within Mainland China default currency is RMB, although all orders settle in AUD. Charges from banks due to currency conversion are the responbility of the customer and alice McCALL cannot be held liable for these fees. 

 

What methods of payment are accepted through the E-Boutique?

alice McCALL accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and AfterPay (domestic customers only). 


When is your E-Boutique customer service team available?

Our E-Boutique is based in Sydney, Australia and our hours of business are Monday - Friday, 8.30 am until 5.00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). The E-Boutique Customer Service team do our best to get back to enquries within 48 hours, excluding those placed over the weekend. Please be patient during times of sale or seasonal offers, as our team will respond to your request ASAP. 

 

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-Orders provide our customers the oppurtunity to order merchandise ahead of it's arrival in store and online so they are able to secure the appropriate size and colour. As merchandise is limited, this is advised to make certain your order is fulfilled. 


What is the process of a Pre-Order?

Pre-Orders can be placed through our online store and require payment in full for merchandise. Delivery schedules are mentioned under the Style Notes tab of each product, though precise delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. An email notification will be sent once dispatch of merchandise occurs.
