Welcome to the alice McCALL E-Boutique. Please read through our terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By visiting this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding how we manage information provided by you.

alice McCALL will happily refund or process a store credit for online purchases of full priced items. 

We recommend goods are sent with a trackable and registered delivery service, as alice McCALL does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of damage and with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns on lingerie or swimwear.

Requests must be processed online, within 7 days of the goods being received. Requests outside of this time cannot be approved for refund or credit. For instructions for returning merchandise, please see our returns page. 

alice McCALL has the right to cancel and refund any sale due to a genuine error. 

Please note that the alice McCALL returns policy does differ for online and instore purchases. Contact our customer service team or chat to our friendly boutique staff for more information about the instore returns policy.

Sale, discounted items or items included in a flash sale or online promotion are valid for a store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale and discounted items.
Please note, items discounted at 60% or more of the original RRP are final sale and cannot be returned.

We do not provide price adjustments for prior purchases during Sale or Promotional Periods. 

alice McCALL E-Boutique ships merchandise using Australia Post and DHL Global Mail. 

Please note we use various services, depending on the cost and speed of delivery required. 

Domestic orders are shipping using Express Post, and do not require a signature on delivery. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. Full tracking is available using this service. 

International orders sent using DHL Gloabl Mail and offer full tracking however do not require a signature on delivery. Please consider the security circumstances of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels. Full tracking is available using this service. 

If you choose Express International delivery, this is sent with Australia Post. This service offers full tracking and will require a signature on delivery. 

Any parcels returned to sender will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of details. 

Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 48 hours. The alice McCALL E-Boutique is unable to dispatch parcels over the weekend. 

Please note, during sale periods and times of seasonal offers, dispatch of orders and in turn delivery time may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.

$10.00 Australia-wide sent using Australia Post Express. Free shipping applies to orders over $200 AUD. 

$20.00 Standard International sent using DHL Globail Mail. Free shipping applies to orders over $200 AUD. 

$50.00 International Express sent using Australia Post Express Courier International. 

$15.00 Sydney Metro Courier with Want It Now. Outside of Sydney Metro, pricing updates based on the post code entered.

Free domestic and international standard shipping applies to all orders over $200 AU.

alice McCALL Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any customs taxes charged. Any fees to this nature are the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to your home country's government website for tax and duties charges for a full breakdown.

Any delivery date or time specifed by us is a best estimate only and alice McCALL will not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. 
Orders are subject to availability. Orders will be delivered between Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm, please note deliveries are not made on weekends (with exception to Saturday delivery within Australia, to select postcodes. See the Australia Post website for further information).

Delivery for orders placed by 9.00 am AEST are sent within 48 hours, using Australia Post Express post.

Standard Worldwide Orders

Delivery for orders placed by 9.00 am AEST are sent within 48 hours, using DHL Global Mail. 

Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.

Express Worldwide Orders

Delivery for orders placed by 9.00 am AEST are sent within 48 hours, using Australia Post Express Courier International. 

Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.  

An Express Courier service is available within Sydney Metro, between 9 am and 3 pm, Monday to Friday. This is generally a 3 hour service, although this may take up to 5 hours depending the day of the week. 

This includes full updates of shipment, collection and delivery time.
