  • Full Priced Products

    Valid for a refund, exchange or credit note. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method and can take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

    Please note: if you use a discount code then your order is considered 'on promotion' and is not eligible for a refund.

  • Sale/Promotional Products Discounted by less than 60%*

    *Please note this includes the use of discount codes

    Valid for an exchange or credit note.

    Credit Note: Once your return is processed you will be emailed a sixteen digit code. To redeem this credit note enter the code in the "Gift card or discount code" box at checkout. Credit notes are valid for 3 years.

    Exchanges: When requesting an exchange you have the ability to ask for another size or style. Your requested item will be put on hold for you unless otherwise communicated by our customer care team.

  • Products Discounted by 60% and Over*

    If your item is discounted by 60% and over this is considered final sale and not eligible to be returned.

  • Faulty Items

    Returns will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within 3 months of the purchase date.

    Follow the above process to request a return online and select 'Defective Item' as your return reason. Once you've submitted your request this will be set as pending. You will receive an email with further instructions and if approved, alice McCALL will absorb return shipping costs up to 30AUD.

    Products that have a major fault or manufacturing fault may be returned for a refund, replacement/exchange or a credit note. For products with minor faults, we can often to repair these for you. This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under any applicable law.

Return FAQs

  • I can't create a returns request.

    If you are unable to create a return request online, unfortunately this will be because your item/s do not meet our returns eligibility criteria. The returns portal will not allow you to request a return for any item/s purchased at over 60% off (final sale) or those outside the 3 week returns period.

  • Do you provide return shipping labels?

    Please note that alice McCALL does not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend shipping your returns parcel using a trackable postage service of your choice. alice McCALL is not liable for any parcels that are lost on their way to us.

  • Have you received my return?

    You can track your return via your selected delivery service and see when it reaches our head offiice. From there, it can take up to 48hours for your parcel to be transferred from our head office to our returns office. You will receive an email when your return is received and again when processed. Please check your junk mail.

  • How long until i receive my exchange?

    We aim to process exchanges within 5 -7 business days upon receiving your parcel. On some occasions, your requesed exchange item may be sourced elsewhere in the company so there may be a slight delay receiving this at our returns office.

    Your exchange parcel will be sent to you via express post and you will be emailed the tracking information.

  • Afterpay returns?

    REFUNDS: If you return an item purchased through Afterpay for a refund, we will reimburse your afterpay account the full amount. You will be refunded any installments you have paid and any outstanding installments will be cancelled by Afterpay.

    CREDIT NOTES: If you return an item purchased through Afterpay for a credit note, we will credit your alice McCall account the full amount of your order. Please note, your personal agreement with Afterpay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.

  • Return to sender parcels.

    Refunds will not be provided for orders refused delivery by customers or Return To Sender parcels. Our customer care team will be in contact and we will gladly re-send the order.
